When we have healthy, sterilized cats in desperate need of new outdoor homes we place them as Barn Cats. These cats are feral (semi-wild) and need to live at a farm, horse stable, warehouse, plant nursery, or other suitable outdoor location. They require food, water & shelter to be provided in exchange for keeping the area clear of rodents.
